1. About Jetnify

• cancellation conditions;

The final booking price shown before purchase takes precedence over an earlier search result.

7. Currency

Jetnify may display prices in different currencies.

Where currency conversion is provided for informational purposes, converted amounts may be approximate.

The currency actually charged will be shown during the booking or payment process.

Your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or other financial institution may apply its own currency conversion rate or additional charges.

Jetnify is not responsible for charges independently applied by your bank or payment provider.

8. Reservations and Ticketing

A reservation is not necessarily confirmed merely because a search result or booking request has been submitted.

A flight booking should be considered confirmed only after the booking process has successfully completed and the appropriate confirmation, reservation reference, ticket number, or other confirmation has been issued where applicable.

Occasionally, a supplier may reject a booking after a request because of:

• fare expiration;
• seat availability;
• payment authorization failure;
• airline system errors;
• duplicate reservations;
• security checks; or
• other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where such a situation occurs, we will handle it in accordance with the applicable booking conditions and supplier rules.

9. Passenger Information

You are responsible for ensuring that passenger details are entered correctly.

The passenger name should normally correspond exactly with the passenger’s travel document.

You are responsible for checking:

• spelling of names;
• dates of birth where required;
• gender where required;
• nationality where required;

• passport validity; and
• other required passenger details.

Airlines may charge fees or refuse changes where passenger information has been entered incorrectly.

11. Baggage

Baggage allowances and baggage charges are determined primarily by the airline and fare selected.

Different fares on the same flight may have different baggage entitlements.

You should verify the baggage allowance displayed during booking and the airline’s applicable baggage rules.

Additional charges may apply for checked baggage, cabin baggage, excess baggage, sporting equipment, special baggage, or other items.

12. Changes, Cancellations and Refunds

These may include airlines, airports, reservation systems, payment processors, insurance providers, accommodation providers, car-rental providers, tour providers, affiliate partners, and other travel businesses.

The presence of a third-party product, airline, logo, trade name, or service on Jetnify does not imply ownership of that third party by Jetnify or ownership of Jetnify by that party.

Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Neither Jetnify nor relevant travel providers may be able to perform services normally where circumstances arise beyond reasonable control.

• major technical failures;

26. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer-protection legislation.

Where these Terms conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection provision that cannot legally be excluded, the mandatory provision will prevail.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that consumers cannot waive under applicable law.
