1. Controller and scope

This policy covers jetnify.com, go.jetnify.com, flight bookings, customer support and requests for group fares, personal offers or offer comparisons. The controller is AEROTOUR MM OOD, identified above. Contact info@jetnify.com for privacy requests.

2. Data and purposes

We process passenger names, itinerary, booking reference, contact details and, where required for the selected journey, date of birth, nationality and travel-document details. We also process chosen extras, correspondence, payment amount, currency, transaction reference and payment status. Technical data may include IP address, browser, device information, security logs and permitted usage statistics.

Booking, ticketing, payment and requested changes are processed to take steps at your request and perform the relevant contract. Accounting and legally required records are processed to meet legal obligations. Service security, fraud prevention and handling enquiries may rely on legitimate interests, balanced against your rights. Optional marketing and technologies require the applicable legal basis and, where required, your consent. Booking communications are separate from marketing consent.

Only provide another passenger’s information when you are entitled to do so and have informed them. Missing information needed for a particular flight or payment can prevent completion of that service. Do not include unnecessary identity or card details in enquiry forms or uploaded offers.

3. Providers and recipients

The booking platform is RezonUniversal. Necessary booking and ticketing information is shared with the airline and the distribution system used for the selected flight, including Travelport where the booking is processed through it. Airlines can act as independent controllers.

Card payments use Stripe and the participating banks. Card details are entered into the payment provider’s form. See Stripe’s privacy policy. Never send full card numbers, CVV, passwords or verification codes by email.

If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and supplies the profile information you authorise to the booking platform. Google sign-in is separate from booking as a guest. See Google’s privacy policy.

Google Analytics is implemented on the booking website and may process technical visit data. Optional analytics must be governed by the applicable consent settings. See the Cookie Policy for information about technologies and choices. Technical hosting, support and communications providers may receive information necessary for their functions; competent authorities receive information where legally required.

Not every potential future supplier receives your data. The actual airline and reservation route determine the recipients for a booking. You can request details about the relevant recipients, processing countries and safeguards at info@jetnify.com. We do not sell your personal data.

4. International transfers

International travel can require data to be sent to airlines, reservation providers or authorities outside the European Economic Area. Technology providers may also process data internationally. Where a transfer requires safeguards, the applicable mechanism must comply with data-protection law. Contact us for information about the safeguards relevant to your booking.

5. Retention

Information is retained for the period necessary for the stated purpose. Booking, payment and accounting records may be retained for applicable statutory obligations and the establishment or defence of legal claims. Enquiries and correspondence are retained as needed to handle the request and related obligations. Cookie lifetimes depend on the technology. Contact us for the retention period or criteria applying to a particular record.

6. Security and booking access

We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and risks, including encrypted website connections and access limited according to job responsibilities. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep booking emails and access links private. We may verify your identity before disclosing booking details or acting on a change or refund request.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data and object to relevant processing. You can withdraw consent without affecting processing already lawfully carried out. You may object to direct marketing at any time. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Bulgaria’s Commission for Personal Data Protection. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
