If your departure is approaching, call +359 883 522 322 during office hours.
You can also email booking@jetnify.com using the subject URGENT — Booking reference — Flight date.
Include your booking reference, passenger name, departure date and a short description of the issue.
Already at the airport? Contact the operating airline’s check-in or customer-service desk directly for immediate assistance.
What happens outside office hours?
Our office is open Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Europe/Sofia time), excluding Bulgarian public holidays.
We aim to provide an initial response within one working day. Messages received outside office hours are reviewed on the next working day.
Response times are indicative, not guaranteed. Changes, cancellations and refunds may take longer depending on the airline or supplier.
Important: Immediate assistance outside office hours cannot be guaranteed. For urgent departures, contact the operating airline directly.
How can I access or change my booking?
Use the View or manage booking link in your confirmation email. Keep the link private.
If you cannot access the reservation, contact booking@jetnify.com from the email used when booking, or call during office hours.
Include your booking reference and passenger name. Identity verification may be required before documents or booking details can be disclosed.
Changes, cancellations and refunds are subject to applicable booking conditions. Sending a request does not automatically change or cancel your booking.
