Accessibility Statement
Making travel information easier to access.
Jetnify is committed to making its website and online travel services
as accessible and usable as reasonably possible for a wide range of users,
including people who use assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing process
Websites, booking systems, airline content and third-party travel
technologies change continuously. For that reason, accessibility is
not something we consider finished once and for all.
We review and improve the Jetnify experience over time, with particular
attention to readability, navigation, keyboard use, mobile usability,
forms, contrast and the clarity of important travel information.
Readable content
We aim to use clear structure, understandable language, readable text
and sufficient visual contrast wherever reasonably possible.
Usable navigation
We work to make important navigation and interactive elements easier
to use with keyboards and common assistive technologies.
Practical accessibility across the travel journey.
Our goal is to reduce unnecessary barriers when customers search for
flights, read destination information, contact us or manage a booking.
We follow recognised accessibility principles and web-development
best practices where they are applicable to our website and services.
This includes attention to semantic page structure, keyboard interaction,
form labels, focus visibility, responsive layouts, image descriptions
and colour contrast.
Because parts of the booking journey may rely on external systems,
airline content, payment providers or other third-party technology,
the level of accessibility can vary between different parts of the
overall travel experience.
Keyboard access
We aim to support navigation and interaction without requiring a mouse
wherever this can reasonably be implemented.
Clear forms
Booking and contact forms should provide understandable labels,
instructions and feedback so users can complete them with less friction.
Responsive layouts
Jetnify is designed to remain usable across desktop, tablet and mobile
screens, including smaller displays and increased text sizes.
Visible focus and contrast
We aim to maintain clear focus indicators and sufficient colour contrast
so interactive elements are easier to identify and use.
Some parts of your journey may be outside Jetnify’s direct control.
Jetnify may connect customers to booking technology, payment services,
airlines and other third-party systems. These services may apply their
own accessibility standards and technical implementations.
Where we identify accessibility issues in services we control, we aim
to address them where reasonably possible. Where the issue relates to
a third-party service, we may need to work with or refer the matter to
the relevant provider.
Tell us if something is difficult to use.
If you experience an accessibility problem on Jetnify, we welcome your
feedback. Please tell us which page or feature you were using, what
happened, and—if relevant—the device, browser or assistive technology
you were using.
This information helps us understand the issue and determine the most
appropriate next step.
Accessibility assistance for travel
If your enquiry concerns assistance during a flight or at an airport,
such as wheelchair assistance, reduced-mobility services or other
special assistance, please contact us with your booking details.
The availability and provision of these services are generally subject
to the relevant airline and airport procedures.
